Two of them were provided with an impressive &#8216;atrium&#8217;, through which daylight is easily distributed to all offices.<\/p>\n<p>Construction company: <a href=\"https:\/\/baminterbuild.be\/projects\/city-atrium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bam Interbuild<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following aspects were taken into account in the construction of the building:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The proximity of the railway lines of the busy \u201cNorth-South connection\u201d along the building, so that a lot of attention was paid to the acoustics and vibration characteristics;<\/li>\n<li>The \u201carbitrary\u201d shape of the building plot;<\/li>\n<li>The requirements of the promoter in terms of quality and flexibility of the building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>City Atrium Brussel shows how acoustics and access to building services can be considered together in an office.
